My Therapies is a comprehensive therapy service that provides a range of therapies, including Occupational Therapy (OT), Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Audiology, and Positive Behaviour Support. Our team of highly qualified and experienced therapists work collaboratively to support individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. We provide a client-centred approach, tailoring each therapy program to suit the individual’s unique needs and circumstances. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself or a loved one, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services that empower individuals to thrive in their personal and professional lives.

At My Therapies, we are committed to providing quality services to patients with NDIS plans. We do offer a range of therapies, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, psychology, and counselling, for our patients with NDIS plans. However, we would like to inform you that currently, we are only able to accept NDIS participants who are self-managing or plan managing their NDIS funds.

At My Therapies, we understand the importance of affordable healthcare for our patients. While we do require a gap fee for patients with Health Care Plans, we strive to keep this fee as low as possible. Currently, our gap fee for patients with Health Care Plans is $100.

No, you do not need a referral to see a therapist at My Therapies. You can make an appointment with us directly without a referral. However, if you have a referral from your GP or specialist, please bring it with you to your appointment.

Yes, our therapists do home visits for patients who are unable to come to our clinic. We also offer weekend appointments to accommodate the schedules of our patients.

All of our therapists are highly qualified and experienced in their respective fields. They hold relevant qualifications and are registered with the appropriate governing bodies.

You can book an appointment by calling our clinic or by booking online through our website. Our friendly reception team will be happy to assist you.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you do not provide adequate notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

The duration of each therapy session may vary depending on the type of therapy you are receiving and your individual needs. Typically, sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour. Your therapist will provide you with more information on the expected duration of your therapy sessions.

At My Therapies, we take the safety and privacy of our patients very seriously. We have strict protocols in place to maintain a safe and confidential environment for our patients. All of our therapists are highly trained and qualified professionals who adhere to the professional standards and code of ethics set by their respective governing bodies. Additionally, we use secure electronic medical records and take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of patient information.
